Quick and clean installation of the smoke detectors through magnetic mounting system - no drilling required!
The fixing system consists of a self-adhesive ceiling element for fixing to the ceiling and a self-adhesive base element with magnets for fixing the smoke detector.
Note: If you wish to have a different zone assignment than the standard one, please let us know before or when ordering. With the standard, the zones are occupied one after the other. If you want a different assignment, e.g. two smoke detectors in zone 1 and two smoke detectors in zone 2, a smoke detector is taught-in in zone 3.
Any sensors (gas leather, heat detectors, fire detectors) can be taught into the system.
Advantage of the wireless indoor siren:
You will be alerted everywhere in the house. If, for example, you install the control panel on the ground floor, you will also be reliably alerted on the upper floor by the wireless siren, even if a smoke detector is triggered in the basement. With the radio indoor siren you can extend the alarm system to several floors, you can use as many radio sirens as you like, they only have to be installed in the radio area of the control centre (in buildings up to 50 m from the control centre).
The BMZ-01 control unit is DIN A5 small and weighs only approx. 500 grams. A wired siren is connected to this central. The sets with radio siren also trigger an alarm via the radio siren. For this purpose, the central unit sends a radio signal to the radio sirens.
Additionally, each smoke detector has its own loud acoustic warning tone. This can be heard well and informs you immediately acoustically in which room the smoke detector has tripped.
Only the smoke detector will emit an acoustic signal which is tripped by smoke. In addition, the radio signal is sent to the central unit, where an audible and visual alarm is also triggered.

In Baden-Württemberg und Hessen läuft die Übergangsfrist Ende 2014 aus. Bis zum 31.12.2014 müssen dort alle Neubauten und bestehende Wohnungen mit Rauchmeldern ausgestattet sein.
In Bremen, Niedersachsen und Sachsen-Anhalt gilt die Frist für die Installation von Rauchmelder für Neubauten und bestehende Wohnungen bis Ende 2015, in Nordrhein-Westfalen bis Ende 2016, in Bayern bis Ende 2017 und in Thüringen bis Ende 2018.
In Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Rheinland-Pfalz und Schleswig-Holstein gilt die gesetzliche Rauchmelderpflicht schon länger. Im Saarland bezieht sich dieses Gesetz nur auf Neu und Umbauten.
In Berlin und Brandenburg wird bereits die Einführung einer Rauchmelderpflicht geplant. Lediglich in Sachsen gibt es noch keine gesetzliche Rauchmelderpflicht.
Wer jedoch Sich und seine Familie schützen will, installiert trotzdem ein Rauchmeldesystem in seinen vier Wänden.
